Print-outs in Excelare "Held"

you can define in the driver a4 as output size, but have you also defined A4 as original size?

if you goto the properties of de driver , click other size, then choose 2 times A4...

Hi.

We have a brand new WorkCentre 7120.  Everytime we print in Excel, the print-outs kept having "Held" status and even if we set the paper size to A4, it displays Letter size.

I set the paper sizes of of A4 (Tray 1) and A3 (Tray 2) on the machine.  Every printing, I asked the users to make sure they set the properties of the printer to A4 in Excel.  But I still I am getting this error.
