We have a Xerox Versant 180 press, using the v180 printserver 1.2 driver. We have recently upgraded the print staff to windows 10 devices and installed the printer however when printing jobs the printer is not accepting the job specific options (Stapling, Duplex etc..) when printing from the PC's.It will print the job but from the standard tray and as individual sheets. However if you go on to the server, select the job and add the options from there it accepts the settings and prints accordingly.
Im sure its just some configuartion that was missed but is anyone able to point me in the rights direction?
