Print result Creased and small size paper stuck

Operating System: Not Specified

need help, i have two issue :

  • when printing Artpaper 120gram & 150gram both got creased when the paper got out few days ago it was fine. but i can still print heavier gram.

  • another one is i cant print small size paper anymore below A3 size. it always got stuck/jammed in 2a before V-TRA belt

any input/tips are appreciated.IMG_20211217_110647.jpg
