You can't print them to a seperate device, you typically can download them direct from most new printers (AltaLink, Connectkey at least)

Centreware web may also be able to do it.

Product Name: Xerox XC855 Copier
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

We manage printers remotely in a number of locations.  The configuration reports are always printed locally on the machine.   Is there a way to get the complete report as a pdf or to print to a printer in our central facility?

 

Ex.  Get config report on ptr in Houston to print on a ptr in San Francisco.
