Print to 14x17 12x18

Hello,

Im not sure if we are having a similar issue but... I have setup a 2up 12x18 workflow in Free Flow Core. When I send to the Iridese when opened in preview its showing as a 11x17 document and cuts off part of the image when printed. Any thoughts?

I 'd like to clarify a few things 

What model device are you printing to?

   You previously posted about a WorkCentre 7545 

        Different drivers react differently and different programs react differently.

        In many cases the application settings override the printer settings unless selected not to.

Can you identify the photoshop version, printer model and driver version ?

You indicated in your question that you are printing 14x17 which adds confusion since that would be a custom size unless you actually have 11x 17 which would be more common and probably have solutions identified on the support site.

If you are referring to the WorkCentre 7545 and 11x17 size paper, please review the following site and those solutions.
WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556 Support & Drivers I entered the text=paper size and there were multiple articles that identified driver and application settings.

You also may consider installing another print driver, depending on which you are using. For example the global driver may have limits not found in a postscript driver.

In photoshop I reduced my subject to 12x18 inches 200 dpi

When I choose Tray 4 12x17 in this example - though Xerox shows image size at 100% the image prints out to 8 x 10 leaving the whole sheet wasted. I tried to print my 12x18 images to a sheet of 12x18 paper

I go to in Windows 7 Pro Print setup settings / I see Tray 4 / I see 12x18

In the Xerox window I see 100% /height 18 width 12.085

The print job gives me an image 8x10 inches on a 12x18 sheet of paper.

I did this on three computer thinking the first computer was 'off'. Not so. What can I do to get Xerox to print 12x18 image to 12x18 paper?
