Sounds like you have tried everything I would have suggested already, so I would recommend to call Support to speak to a Product Specialist: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100

Print to Folder and Seperator sheets not working as intended

Product Name: PrimeLink B9100/B9110/B9125/B9136
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I am working with a customer that had C70s or 560s, can't remember which, that upgraded to Primelinks without a fiery.Previously they would print to a Hold queue on a Fiery. As stated in the title these are the 2 issues I am trying to resolve without a Fiery. 

1-When printing to a folder on the copier, it does not allow for any print or finishing options. Just single sided printing. Then retrieve it from the folder and change settings accordingly. This is not acceptible to the customer.

2-They want a seperator page at the end of a print job. A blank sperator page at that. So Banner Pages won't work cause it has info on them and they want a single blank page. I have tried covers at the end, seperator pages and everything I can think of. The best I can get is either a Banner Page, which they don't want cause it has print on it or a single  blank page between each set of the print job. Not a single blank page at the end of the print job.

I have spent many hours trying Global, Primelink, C70 drivers with no luck. I even tested a fiery driver but unless I did something wrong (my test unit has a fiery but the customers machines do not) I couldn't do it there either. I need assistance.
