Please take a look at this article it has a couple of things to look at and verifiy setting are all correct. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.  It may be something that needs service to fix.

Printer Bypass - Tray error

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

We are currently UK based and have a C7130 printer on the network - users are constantly get the attached error message when printing.

 

All trays are loaded with A4 paper aside from one loaded with A3 and the options on the printer are to "use available paper if paper not found"

I would appreciate advice on how to make sure that all users can print out without having to see this screen - preferably with as little user intervention as possible.
