Hi tsetter7,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that the tray is set to fully adjustable. Here is the solution for setting the tray to fully adjustable from the support page for your machine.
If that setting is on adjustable then you may need consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I'm on a Phaser 6700, printing through InDesign using a Network.
I'm trying to print return addresses on my envelopes. I had success before, but now it's not printing. My document is the right size, I have the correct size, paper type and tray selected.
The printer screen gives me this message:
"Paper not available in Tray 1"
• Remove any paper from the tray.
• Load the indicated paper.
• Change the tray's setting to match the required paper.
• If not prompted, go to Printer >Tools >Tray Management to change the tray's settings.
I've done all of that, I'm using the right "specified" paper, but it continues to give me this error message. Any ideas on what's wrong?
Thank you!
