Printer - Fiery communication issue

Product Name: Color C75 Press
Operating System: Windows 7
Hello Forum,
 
The equipment is Fiery EX-C75 on WIndows 7 and Xerox C75 engine.
 
Technically I have the following issues:
 
- after launching the Workstation the printer is not found with "wrong host name or IP address" message;
- Update of Workstation did not solve the issue;
- NVM initialization and FW update of the printer did not solve the issue ;
- the ping from 100.100.100.102  to 100.100.100.101 goes through.
 
I want to re-install the Fiery server but can't find the ISO.
 
Could you please study if you can assist us with these issues.
