Printer Jam Error and unable to access settings

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi, 2 things driving me mad!  

1) Mid way through print job, paper jam error came up.  No paper stuck anywhere, opened every possible door etc and nothing.  So won't print at all.  I've updated the firmware etc so all is up to date but still no difference.

2) I disabled the wifi whilst trying a few things to resolve the paperjam issue and now can't access the settings on either the actual printer or the IP address servicing page online, so I'm now unable to Enable the wifi back again.  i do also have a hard wired connection to my PC but the wifi is used for printing from iphones etc.

So I'm stuck now with not being able to print and the paperjam message still appearing.  Can't access settings so I really don't know what to do next.  Hoping someone on here can help!  Thanks
