I have a AltaLink C8045 that whenever a print job is sent to it it will report a jam. It says to clear the jam from Door C and then to reset the paper in Tray 4 but whenever I check there is never any jam in either area. I power cycled the printer, reseated the paper in all trays and made sure the sensor behind Door C wasn't damaged but I am still getting the error. Any suggestions?
