Problem solved. Disregard above.
I have a C235 printer that will not print. It is plugged into an Ethernet and can be seen on all (4) client PCs running Windows 10. Two PCs can print the other two can not. On the two that won't print, the print jobs hit the printer queue and are then immediately deleted without printing. There are no errors showing up on client PCs or the printer. In the permissions all users have full print permissions. I installed the software that came on a CD with the printer. Done the power on/off on clients and the printer.
I also have a Windows Server that is used as a file server. It is not used as a printing server, however it does recognize the prinet and does print the Test Page.
Any help will be appreciated.
