Enable the Keep USB ports awake thing and update the firmware
I followed instructions on: https://atyourservice.blogs.xerox.com/2018/01/23/is-your-xerox-printer-not-waking-up/ without success.
When printer is long time in sleep mode, printer turn off network, does not respond to ping, and printing is not possible till printer exit from sleep mode by manually pressing power button.
Xerox printer have latest firmware and max time for low power and sleep mode is 60 minutes.
