Printer Offline

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

Good Day!  I spent several hours late yesterday and several more this morning attempting to resolve this very frustrating offline issue and none of the suggestions thus far have helped.   I've attached a screen shot of the error most recently received.Capture.JPG

Sounds like you have tried a lot of things to fix this issue on your own, so at this point I would suggest speaking with a software analyst please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100
