Hello Marcus1, 

You can try going into the advanced tab in the print driver and either selecting Print to File or Print Color as Black. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 .

Printer Prints in Grey scale only but color icons print correctly

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello I have a Zerox C405 Printer. It prints color items correctly but when I print a PDF file it prints in grey scale and is barly readable/ I for the life of me cannot figure it out and it really makes me mad that this is not in Black as it should. Any help would be greatful. Thanks
