Printer Properties paper source

Jump to solution

I have a Phaser 3635 that i'd like to update.  I have the phaser setup with regular paper in tray 1 and  l setup letterhead in tray 2.  I went into the web setup page and set tray 2 as letterhead.  However when I go into the printer properties on my computer the paper source  only shows Tray 1, Tray2, Automatically Select and bypass.  I'd like to have it show those as well as letterhead.  I have an HP4200 and when I go into Printer Properties Paper Source it shows the trays and letterhead, Bond, COlor, etc.  How can I get the Xerox print driver to show the same?

Thanks for the reply, but which Global Driver are you referring to?  I installed the Xerox PCL6, PS, and PCL5 driver from the CD.  I am on Windows XP professional and I am trying to select the printer properties from inside Crystal Reports.  When I click on Printer Setup, then click on Source i only get Tray 1, Tray 2, ByPass Tray or Automatically Select.

When I go to Printers and Faxes, Right Click on my printer and select preferences i have Letterhead under there but I do not have it when I select Printer Setup in Crystal reports.

Can you check and see what Print Processor you are using as well?
