I would recommend doing some troubleshooting with our 2nd Level Networking team. You would need to call 1-800-821-2797 and ask to speak to 2nd Level. You will need your device serial number when you call so they can authenticate you.

We have 2 printers and 4 users and everything works fine EXCEPT one machine can not print to one printer. We have uninstalled it, restarted the PC, reset print spooler... On the machine, we can right click a printer and go to "printer preferences". However, for the printer that is not working, when you click on printer preferences a window pops up for .5 seconds and it disappears. We can not figure out a solution... Any help?
