Printer Stuck in Try 1 Paper Jam

Remove your fuser. Check for paper. Make sure you reinstall the fuser correctly. You may need a service tech if the error continues.

I tried restarting, resting, and cleaning the trays, and I will try a new tray roller.
I will replace the tray roller and check again.

I removed everything, looked for any paper jam even if it was a small piece, and cleaned the printer with an air compressor, and wiped the roller with alcoholic wipes. It still shows the same error.

You completely removed tray 1 out of the printer and set it on the table or beside you and looked behind the tray for paper?

Make sure your fuser is installed correctly.

Here is the article related to that fault code. You may need to replace the paper tray feed rollers if everything else hasn't resolved the issue.

I cleaned the printer with an alcoholic wipe and checked for paper jams everywhere. I don't see anything. can you please help to fix this?
