Re: Printer Won't boot

Its only hard to find with the end number attached. To clarify, the part that is the fault is just the

94,700.00

The 3347 is the amount of impressions on the printer at the time the fault occured.

Fault Code 94,700 - Process Drive Error - Broken Transfix Camshaft

Unless you are very comfortable taking it apart and have a Service manual to get deep enough to locate the broken part, and have access to order the part when you find it it may be done for. Usually, this happens when a paper jam is forcefully removed.

Printer Won't boot

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Linux

I hope someone can help point me in the right direction with my problem. I can't find the code for this printer error anywhere.

When I turn on my Colorcube 8750 it will start normally, and then midway through the startup process I hear a little grind and I get the error: 94, 700.00:3347. After this it reboots and starts the process over.

Is anyone familiar with this? I really wish Xerox would publish their error codes somewhere.
