RESOLVED

We had an old MS word file format and by saving the file in a more modern Word format this sorted the printing problem.

Hi TammyL

Thanks for your suggestions, unfortuantly these have not resolved the issue, as all out standard labels with just standard text created in MS Word print out fine from the C600 printer it seems to be only where a label has iether an icon or a boarder frame then the C600 prints it much larger outside of the label than the HP printers which print it perfectly within the label. I am wondering if we need a driver of some sort?

Kind regards
Andrew

Product Name: VersaLink C600 Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi

We use both HP printers and a Xerox C600, When printing labels they print perfectly on the HP printers but are all misaligned if we try to print using the C600. Have tried every different setting possible but still no difference.

Any suggestion welcolme, please see attached image file of both printouts.
