Hello cbotlb, 

What happens when you print an internal page like the device information page, is that also blank?  You have the settings set to print black and white so the message for replacing magenta shouldn't cause this.  Here are a couple of things to check.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797

Printer appears to be working but pages are blank

Product Name: Xerox C230 Color Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Hi, My C230 has stopped working it appears to be the pages are feeding through as normal but the pages are blank. The settings are set to black and white and the black toner is nearly full. There is an error message to tell me the magenta cartridge needs replacing but I'm reluctant to replace it as I don't need to be able to print in colour. Is this my problem and can I replace this with a black cartridge or does it need to be magenta? Thank you
