Printer compatibility

Product Name: Phaser 6020
Operating System: Windows 10

My year-old Phaser 6020 printer has been working well with my old HP laptop running Windows 7. But  I cannot get it to work with my new Dell laptop.running Windows 10S. Could this be a compatibility problem?
