Please take a look at this article for reasons that this could be happening.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Printer does not work - makes only hyroglyphs

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 12 - Monterey

The printer does not work. It produces only hyroglyphs (3-4 lines) and prints endless sheets. I wanted to install the latest driver for Mac - Monterey. When downloading from the Xerox site, I also see only a long line of hyroglyphs ... Can someone help me? ... Can someone help me?
