Hello,

When I go to print color documents the printer does not print, the green light changes to RED and I have to switch it off and on again if I want to print B&W documents. 

The message that pops up is : Printer error 042-372. Error recovery: Turn off printer, and run it on again. Contact customer support if this failure is repeated.

When I run TROUBLESHOOTER I get this message: Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem.

How can I solve this problem? I need your help please.
