Printer freezing up.

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

Looks like its trying to go into sleep mode and just says please wait. If you reboot it. Its ok till it tries to go to sleep again. I tried to do a firmware update. I went into special boot mode and did what I needed to do and when it started reading the flash it just stayed at 0 percent. Tried 2 differnt usb's.
