Printer is not able to print the whole document

Product Name: ApeosPort-IV C3370
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi, 

I encounter a weird issue with the printer driver, it states error when the document is sent to print. From the queue at the laptop, I can see it is moving towards the total amount of size then it stops halfway such as 1.40MB/2.80MB then the status shows error. This error doesn't appear in the printer's web interface under the job history and neither in event viewer. So, is there any solutions to this weird issue, it only happens to 2 out of 10 laptops?
