Since you have tried the above solutions already, I would suggest that you call into our support departmenat @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Printer keeps saying offline

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Hi

I've managed to instal the driver and print a few days ago and today when I tried to print, everything was connected as before but the printer says it's offline. I have tried restarting everything and it still doesn't work.
