This message means the device is not reading the current printer cartridge or drum/imaging unit and therefore is not printing. Please remove all cartridges and reinstall them. If this does not resolve the issue, contact your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
