Re: Printer not communicating with network

Hello Dennis,

I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Thanks,

Printer not communicating with network

Product Name: WorkCentre 4250
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Downloaded V3 Xerox Global Print Driver PCL6. Installed it on my laptop, configured Xerox 4250 TCP/IP settings using admin credentials: IP Address of printer, which is 192.168.1.82, subnet mask, which is 255.255.255.0; and disabled DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol). The printer is not listed on the network as a discoverable device, though, and will not print from the laptop, or communicate with the network. The software will not uninstall using command prompt and I am at the limit of my skill sets in trying to figure out why the printer will not communicate, or software (i.e., driver) uninstall.
