Hello Ward, 

I found an article on printing with Airprint, I would review this to be sure everything is setup correctly.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Printer not detectable but connected to network

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Not Specified

I am unable to detect my printer using AirPrint or via Windows PC. However, I can connect, via Wi-Fi, into the admin settings using the device IP address. Clearly the printer is connected to the network, and until recently it was working with all devices. But currently I can only print if I connect direct to the printer with a network or usb cable. Does anybody know how to remove this? First time user and apologies if this has been answered before. Thanks for all help offered.
