Possible reasons for this issue can be a corrupt or incorrect printer, network, or the homegroup settings.
To resolve it. go to your windows search bar and type troubleshooting. Then click on"View all" and then click "Homegroup". After this, click "Next" and follow the instructions on the screen. Later on, you can select printer instead of the homegroup.
