Good Morning,
I've been having a constant problem with My Docucolor 700. In where if i sent a job from a computer to the rip the job reaches the rip and printer but on the rip it says waiting and on the printer it say printing but nothing happens.
I've swapped all the cables and cleared the cache for the machine and rip and the problem is still there. everything else about the printer works fine if i use the copier . its just that jobs sent to the rip aren't starting on the printer.
Is there any solution to this problem?
