I am working with one of my end users and we are running into an issue with the C8130.
To catch you up to speed, here is the troubleshooting so far:
Uninstalled and reinstalled printer driver, no avail
Power Cycling printer and device, no avail
only prints Windows test pages out when printing normal it prompts for a fax choice and no way to turn that off
print queue states it went to printer but nothing coming from the printer per EU
not received in audit log on printer
Have any of you run in to this issue before? Is there a way to bypass the prompt for fax? We have tested this with word, notepad, and various work processing software and text editors.
