If this does not help you can uninstall the driver for the Phaser 3610 reboot your computer and then down load the most recent driver from the drivers and download site for your printer. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I 've had this asking for help post active since 10 October but unfortunatly nobody replied.

I have recently bought a Xerox Phaser 3610 printer, I plugged it into my computer and installed it using the instalation CD that came with it, after installing the computer says that the printer is in Error state and will not print anything despite the installation saying the drivers were successfully installed. I then tried to download the drivers online and again it is successful at installing but the printer still will not print anything.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
