Thank you. I will try switching it on again this moring as I have unplugged it. A call to an engineer yesterday kind of confirmed your thoughts. I just hope it can be fixed as the call out is a third of cost of a new printer!

Hi Kristie,

I did some poking around and it seems that this particular model has some issues. From what I found it seems that a service call is warranted to properly diagnose the issue. Has it been unplugged for the time it hasn't been used? If not try unplugging it for a while, then plugging it back in. If so I'd recommend a service call.

Printer not switching on properly

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Windows 10
Hi
I have a Colorqube machine which is approx 3 years old and not been heavily used. I switched it off and when I switched on again it won't move past the initial xerox message on the printer screen, it's like the start up is stuck. It makes the usual noises but doesnt move on to let me print Any ideas please? It's not in warranty anymore. Thank you.
