Printer not waking for print on Ventura 13.1 Mac OS

Unfortunetly its everything. My iphone would usually print to it via airprint but its not visable unless i do a hard reset on the printer itself

Is this issue specific to just Ventura Macs? Are there other devices that are perfectly fine with printing after the machine goes to sleep?

This printer has worked great with airprint from networked divices as well as through the wireless network from my mac for several years. I am on MAC OS 13.1 Ventura.

about 4 mo ago it stopped printing unless i force restart the printer. After it goes to sleep it will not wake again to print.

in an effort to fix i read a ton of threads and reset printer to factory then reinstalled all drivers, firmware and service packs. I have tried making it ipv4 only or both, tried making usb wake. Also if i manually wake the unit by pressing the power button, it still wont connect to the computer. Only by hard shutdown and restart will it connect.  restarting for every print really gets old. Any recomendations welcome!
