Try 1111 or the serial number (may be case sensitive) as the password.
If this does not work then it would require a call to customer support.

When I type the printer's IP into the browser and press access, the software asks me for a password but I don't remember it. I don't even think I changed it. I have now reached the maximum number of attempts.
