In my company we have problem win B310 printers making only one copy when multiple copies are ordered.. Strange thing is it depends more on computer, not particular printer. So, one person can print succesfully multiple copies on different B310 printers but other person can print only one copy on the same printers. We checked this using MS driver and newest V4 driver, Win10/Win11, Word documents, PDF files - and tried to find any similarity in comfiguration,but there doesn't seems to be any.
This behaviour is not present on other printers (we use OKI ES printers mainly), they always prints exactly what is ordered from any computer.
