I got a WorkCentre 3345 at the office, it is connected by LAN (Ethernet Cable), there are several computers which send print jobs to the printer. One day it was printing normally and suddenly it stopped work properly.
I can access to the printer by the web interface, I see no alerts refering to a print failure, however I can see the jobs under the tab "jobs" and then on the subtab "completed jobs", I see a pile of jobs with 0 sheets printed, from certain point nobody is able to print, every job sent is not printed and it is added to the mentioned pile.
No display errors are shown at the printer screen. I tried restarting the printer serveral times with no luck.
Can anybody help me to solve this issue?
