I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797.

Printer says toner is empty but its at least 50% full

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi

I have a C7020 Versalink multifunction printer, about 3 years old and no prior issues at all.

Today it is saying the black toner is completely empty but I can feel it is at least 50% full. I've given it a shake and put back in but no change.   There was also no prior warning of it getting low.

Other than simply buying a new toner is there anyway to get the machine to recognise the current one is not in fact empty?
