I don't get what you are looking for

I mean, you are complaining about an Epson error on a Xerox forum, and referencing a blog post that did not fix the issue, which doesn't impel me to go browse it. So if this is a spam link, it won't likely gain much in the way of traffic. If you are looking for help from people who use Xerox devices to assist with a fault on an Epson device, I will state "Buy a Xerox and then posting on this forum may get you a desired response".

Printer showing error code 0x97

Operating System: Windows 7

I have been using Epson XP-830 printer for more than a year. A month back it has undergone servicing. But all of a sudden with no early warning or sign my printer started reflecting error code 0x97. I am a non-technical person and have no idea how to fix it. After searching a lot on the internet I found a blog on epson error code 0x97, I have followed the steps written there but couldn't achieve to fix the issues. Any help will be appreciated to fix it. I have Windows 7 operating with which the printer is connected.
