Are you trying to print on Letter (8.5 by 11) paper or A4?

Sounds like the document you're printing is requiring Letter paper and your paper trays are set to A4.

I would change tray 1 to Letter size and see if that fixes your printing issues.

Printer will only print to ByPassTray

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 12 - Monterey

Having been working perfectly for many months, my printer suddenly decided it will only print from the Bypass Tray. I normally use Tray 1 and it is loaded with paper and is recognised in the Device Settings. This is the only tray I load paper into. I've checked the Tray settings and Tray 1 is set to AutoSelect and has a Prioty of 1. I've restarted both the printer and my MAC but to no avail. Every time I send something to print it says "Resorce Required" for the ByPass Tray. If I then load paper into the ByPass tray it will print - but I want to print from Tray 1. Both Tray 1 and the Bypass tray have exactly the same paper settings i.e. A4, White, Plain. Please would someone advise how I fix this so I can print from Tray 1 by default.
