Have you ever been able to print from USB before? If not, you may need to first enable it.

Printer won't find files in USB folders

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi,  I'm a few months past my warranty and don't want to pay $25- for Xerox help.

I insert my FAT 32 formatted USB, navigate to my desired folder, but the printer tells me there are no files.  I know for a fact that I have pdfs and MS docs on it.  Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it?
