Printer won't print anything

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello, i bought this printer a month ago and now suddenly my printer wont print any pages. Not from my PC (wireless) nor the information pages. The display hangs every now then and i can't do anything. i have to shut the printer down by pulling th plug. Any ideas?
