I searched our online knowledge base and found this article for load paper tray message that should be of assistance. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100

Printer won't print.

Product Name: WorkCentre 5325/5330/5335
Operating System: Windows 7

My printer gets a message, put paper in tray 5 and will continue printing.  I don't have a tray 5 and never used a tray 5.  It will print some things but not from certain e-mails.
