Printer won’t start up

I'm having the same issue that you posted about in 2019 Xerox WorkCentre 6025 not switching on 

I just get the Xerox logo and that's it.

Did you ever get your printer issue resolved? If so how?

Hi. For a while now my 6025 won’t start. I turn it on, it makes some noises like tray setting, goes to the screen that says ‘Xerox’ with the logo, and that’s it. My Mac (Mohave) doesn’t recognise its there, even when wired in, it’s not appearing in WiFi either. I can’t reboot as I can’t do anything other than switch on and off... any ideas? Newest driver on the Mac but makes no difference. Thanks
