Hi Ben0706, based on a couple of online searches, and even in the support fourms here, I found fault code 07.010 means that the Printhead is stuck in the tilted position, or is not able to tilt forward to the print position, due to problems.
The main response suggests to remove any inkspills arount the printhead area and if that does not work a Xerox Tech might be needed.
I recieve an error maessage and cannot print anymore. I don't know what tot do. I am using this Phaser since 2010 without any problems! What do I have to do?
