Printing 2 sided pages from 2 Excel Worksheets using Xerox 4620

For workbooks with many one-page sheets, a faster method is to save to PDF and then print the PDF in duplex.

Contact Microsoft, the issue isn't Xerox, it's MS Excel, doesn't matter which brand of printer because the printer doesn't decide what Excel does to compile the job.

This solution works but what if I have 50 worksheets?  I have to do it 50 times?  That doesn't sound practical.

Please advise.

as explained above, you need to do this for each worksheet seperately!

 I am facing same issue on workcentre 7220. can you please advice how can I print 2 sided pages from 1st two work sheets.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. See if this solution will help you out. 

Each Worksheet is Required to Have the Finisher Options applied to it Separately

This is a Known Issue Within Excel 2003, 2007, and 2010,

To apply the Finishing options such as duplex, or stapling to all worksheets in your workbook, follow these steps: When you print your workbook, all worksheets are printed with the finishing options selected.
Open your workbook.

Follow the following instructions based upon In Microsoft Excel 2003 and prior

On the File menu, point to Print, and then click Properties.

In Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and Excel 2010

Click the Microsoft Office Button/File, point to Print, click Print, and then click Properties.

On the Layout tab, select the one of the duplex options, and then click OK.

Click OK in the Print dialog box.

Repeat these steps for every sheet in the workbook.

Hi,

I have an Excel Workbook with 8 Worksheets. I want to print 2 sided pages from the 1st 2 Worksheets in the Workbook using our Xerox 4260 Workcenter. I configured the printer from Excel, but all I get is 2 single pages printed out. I need Worksheet 2 to be on the reverse of Worksheet 1. Any ideas on how I can make this work? It works fine when I copy the 2 worksheet pages using the 2 sided copy feature of the 4260.
