Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the instructions for loading envelopes make sure you have set the envelopes up correctly and entered the proper size so the printer knows what size envelopes are loaded. Make sure you select that same size when you print. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
