OK, not looking to revive an OLD thread but I just had this same issue and found this unanswered. Found the answer. Need to use the 4510 "Global" print driver from xerox for win 7 64 bit... not the 64 bit win 7 driver that would make sense.
Hope this helps someone else save some time.
Well, that did not work either. It prints out landscape with the right half side of the page printed with the full document. Only PDF files do this, none other.
Any other ideas as to why or how to correct?
Thanks.
try this:
if you go to xerox properties , click on paper setup , choose other size.
be sure that original and output size are identical
also , uncross "choose pdf by paper source" in adobe settings
I just purchased a new computer with windows 7. When I plugged in my Phaser 4510, the computer picked up the new device and installed.
However, whenever I print Adobe files only, it comes out on 1/2 a page shrunk down. These are the only documents which do this. I tried downloading a new driver off Xerox site, but none will work. I also adjusted print settings, etc., and that did not work either.
Any ideas on how to get Adobe files to print the full page of an 8.5X11 sheet?
